Payment Details

Between 1 Nov & 20 Dec there are four ways to make payment:

Online Internet banking
Credit card online
Deposit cash at Westpac
Cash on arrival

After 21 Dec ticket payment is by CASH ONLY at the gate on 27 or 28 Dec — correct amount is appreciated. After 21 Dec no Registration is required, or possible. Just show up at the gate, with cash.

Make your payment after you have purchased your tickets at Convergence Festival

1. Internet Banking

This facility is only available until 20 Dec.
Once you have completed the Registration Form.

Transfer payment to Westpac Bank,
Name: Convergence NZ Trust
Account Number: 03-1592-0583338-00
Reference: First Adult Name or Ticket number

Please use the First Adult Name from the registration form as reference.

2. Credit Card Payments

This facility is only available until 20 December. You can make payment by credit or debit card when you purchase tickets at Convergence Festival
Choose the option to pay by credit or debit card which is processed by Paypal. You do not need to have or create a Paypal account. When redirected to the Paypal page click on the link that says pay by credit card and enter your card details.

3. Deposit Cash at Westpac

This facility is only available until 20 Dec.
Once you have purchased the tickets at Convergence Festival

Go to any Westpac Branch:
Name of Account:Convergence NZ Trust
Branch: Canterbury Centre
Account Number: 03-1592-0583338-00
Reference: First Adult Name (or their phone number)

Please ask the teller to enter the First Adult Name or order number from the registration form as a reference. If that is difficult, use the phone number you entered on the registration form.

4. Cash On Arrival

When completing the Registration Form you can choose to pay cash at the gate. If you arrive at the gate without having filled in the online registration form, you’ll be asked to fill in a paper copy. You would make our life easier if you filled in the online one.

Payment must be cash — preferably the correct amount (no cheques or credit cards accepted).

If you selected “Cash at Gate” on the registration form, this is the only payment option available.
